They didn’t have the correct contact details (even though they are clearly available) and hence no one contacted me from eBay or the seller. I had to track down where the product was myself, no help from eBay or seller and then had to plead for goods not to be sent back and pay an extra $430. Seller was very kind when I contacted him.
