  USPS totally botched the delivery for this. Part needed to get from Las Vegas NV to Los Angeles. USPS had the package but couldn't say where it was. It finally turned up in Wisconsin with no estimate of delivery date. I contacted this seller and he sent a second part to arrive right away so I could get my dryer working again. This was a great help to my family! Very grateful to this seller! AAAAA++++

  Although the product I received had a defective LCD screen, it's important to commend the vendor for standing behind their product. The shipping was quick, the price was reasonable, and the advert did mention that this was removed from an open-box product. When I found the defect and initiated the return, the vendor quickly accepted the return (it was within their policy) and promptly refunded. Although I had bad luck on the product, the vendor's behavior makes me confident to buy from again.
