  This has been my only bad experience on eBay. The tube I ordered finally arrived, well packed, but defective. It had an open filament, which means it could not have been tested (as advertised). The seller promised to send me a replacement the following morning, but nothing ever arrived. When I inquired a week later, a replacement was again promised. Again no delivery and no further communication or tracking #. This seller is not trustworthy.

  This was a poor transaction, as the item took almost a month to arrive! Could not communicate with the Seller until I forced the issue with eBay. Finally got my item and it was as described, in very good testing, so in the end I am satisfied. I would not recommend this seller for my tube needs however
