    Shocking experience!! My car parts arrived 10 DAYS later than stated despite me asking for a speedy service due to a very important time constraint involving my disabled mother!! But it still wasn't sent by the seller until 2 days after our 1st correspondence!! Any correspondence after this was limited and unhelpful...... And when challenged about rectification, seller was very dismissive and still hasn't offered me any kind of rectification nor apology 2 months later!!
