Although the cyan 564 cartridge is not OEM as shown in the picture, the seller offered me the opportunity to make things right. The seller was kind enough to offer a resolution to the issue. I suggest to the seller to change the image on the description of the cartridge for an image of the actual non-OEM cartridge; this will eliminate any confusion to the buyer.
