  Item does not charge my 4000mAh device but 1 time but they gave me a 50% discount. I needed a new case anyways. Customer service great, shipping time was okay for $17. I know they did it to avoid the outrageous 13% that eBay steal from you. ***I have another one on a different device charges it 3-4 time. So good company just a faulty one with this one.
