SLOW shipping, no communication! I bought a “US” based item so I wouldn’t have to wait a long time and it still took almost a month to arrive. Item was reported as “shipped,” but it really wasn’t (only the label was printed). I cannot recommend this seller to anyone. Thumbs down!

Ordered 3/19. As of this evening, 3/31, I have yet to receive my merchandise. My account isn't showing a tracking number for the merchandise so I'm assuming it hasn't been shipped, yet. Have sent four messages to the seller and the only response I received was an automated message refusing my order cancelation. I will find somewhere else to purchase cpap supplies.
