    The seller refunded my money, which is positive and appreciated. But communication was lacking and I did not receive the item. No movement beyond tracking being created. I waited until after the delivery date to notify the seller there seemed to be an issue. I was told they would look into it but follow up did not occur. Again, no problem with money being returned but time was wasted and my son went without a coat for quite a while.
