  I bought item assuming the brand "Skull Cashmere" meant the item was cashmere. Listing did not show fabric tag. When I rec'd item, I saw a "cotton" tag. I asked Seller for a partial discount which was refused but Seller accepted my return. But Seller noted she didn't have to note the fabric rag because the brand made items using different fabrics. Returned item giving the reason "Not as Described." I spoke to an eBay rep about this also. Get details from this Seller.

  Buyer was unfamiliar with the brand, and wrongly associated the brand name "skull cashmere" with fabric content. Since she was unhappy, I quickly offered her a full refund for her misunderstanding. False INAD was filed and accepted.
