    Hat was packaged in a box half the size it should have been. The box was also heavily damaged in shipping. Those two factors resulted in some creases on the stiffened front panels. Could be the sellers fault, could be shippings fault, or it could be a bit of both. I bought this hat to display on a hat wall and won't be wearing it so I'm not too upset but I would be if I intended to wear it. All in all though a decent experience with a better than average seller.
