    This item said it was in new condition, but it was not. There were scratches on the front. They did offer to let me return it for a full refund, but I live in a neighborhood with clusterboxes, so it's inconvenient for me to hassle with a return. I'm keeping it because it's too inconvenient to get back $9, but I'm disappointed the condition was used and not new as described and I wouldn't buy from this seller again.

    This item was absolutely in NEW condition and exactly as shown in the photos with no scratches. All of my items are NEW unless otherwise stated. I buy from wholesalers so not every item has a "price tag" as buyer eluded to when asking for a refund without returning the item. Buyer has a long history of leaving passive aggressive / neutral / negative feedback. Sellers Beware! Buyer also sells on Ebay so not being able to return item due to neighborhood mailbox issue doesn't pass the scam test!
