    I purchased the item on Feb 25th. it took a few more days than expected but i got a little cranky as i needed it to get my cart back on the golf course! That had nothing to do with roadbost or eBay ( shipping) When i did receive my purchase it was broken in transit unfortunately!! E Bay stepped up and assured me that i was getting a refund or another item! We managed to resolve the issue! It wasn't an unpleasant experience at all as both parties truly stepped up and resolved it! Thank U
