  The item never arrived, and the seller never provided concrete evidence (when item was dropped off at the post office, where it was dropped off and how it was sent (from a mailbox, his residence, post office, etc.) that he actually sent the item, despite the fact that he charged $15 for insured shipping. After repeated email exchanges and his assurance the item would arrive there was still no tracking information or updates, so I elected to request a refund, which ebay found in my favor. Beware

  I communicated with you during the entire process. USPS never shows to have received it even though I dropped it off. I cannot even submit a claim and I am now out this money. You were refunded. Do you think this is the right message to leave on my comments? Of course, ebay found you in favor and I approved the return without any problem in doing so. You were refunded so I dont understand your complaint.
