  After a few days of waiting after the label had been generated, I noticed that it hadn’t been dropped off to the shipper. I decided to contact the seller. To my surprise, I received a rude, arrogant, and accusatory response. I soon received a series of appropriate responses, assuring me that they had been very communicative throughout the issue. As a result, I have decided not to do business with them again.
