  The manuals were in very good shape and the packaging was very good as it had to be shipped to Canada from the United States. My only concern was the exchange rate that made my order more expensive and the duty fee I had to pay when it was delivered. However, those are issues that the seller has no control over. Overall, I’m VERY satisfied and would not hesitate to buy again from this seller !! 👍
