  Item as described. Shipped quickly, arrived in only 4 days. Packaging could have been better but was ok; no box and just one layer of bubble wrap on the outside of the case and one layer on the horn inside, but since it came in a hard case anyway there was no damage. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase!

  Product arrived as described on the listing. The shipping was very fast considering it was from over seas, the packaging was a bit flimsy. For how good the horn plays it was very much worth the money. The second trigger did arrived bent, which is an easy fix, I dont know if it was like that before shipping or if it happened during shipping but its something to bring up.

  Edgar From Los Angeles California. Seller had communication. Only thing is that it took a week for them to Ship when I ordered on a Sunday Morning. Item was shipped the Monday of the next week not the following week. I got it shipped with FedEx International. From Monday that got shipped it arrived on the same week of Friday Morning! Shipping itself was quick, only preparation of shipping took forever . Product is Like Brand New, Excellent Deal!

  Service by seller was prompt and package arrived in good shape. Shipping carton was a bit flimsy-thin layer of corrugated cardboard-but because it was apparently handled gingerly by the shipper and because instrument had its own hard case, there was no damage. The seller could have provided more close-up photos. Not shown or mentioned: the cork on one end of the instrument's bocal was quite worn, but there was enough to seal where it was inserted. Otherwise, instrument in fine condition.

  I didn’t have any problems. It took two weeks to receive shipment, but that’s what I expected. I was able to pay the fees for government and broker on the UPS website. The product matched the photos and descriptions. The package was wrapped well and had no damages. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Received item was not the one listed. Same model/general condition, mismatched serial # and wear pattern. Tracking 12 days after payment, poor communication, arrived a day late. Drop-shipping a third party's inventory. I'm satisfied keeping this, at a price I do consider good value, but treat this seller as a gamble, not a purchase. A bet the item is still available(not sold elsewhere) or that what you get instead meets your needs. Doubtful the seller can improve if they don't handle inventory.
