  Seller sent refund because they didn't get a shipping quote before listing, could have asked if I still wanted it and let me pay the extra first but didn't.

  After the buyer purchased, I discovered the shipping box was slightly over the acceptable size for USPS. This would have made the shipping more than the cost of the item. I wanted to send a full refund ASAP, so buyer could purchase the cooler from another listing. I messaged the buyer with the explanation. I never heard anything back - buyer just decided to leave neutral feedback. As a buyer/seller, I always work things out through messaging and would have here. This feedback was unwarranted.
