My order did not arrive as expected. I followed up with Bob, who responded quickly and followed up with USPS. He found my order was misdirected due to a small typo in address. Because I needed the part for an upcoming vintage machine gathering, he mailed another part in time to arrive for me to bring my little hand crank to the annual TOGA. (BTW, a TOGA member searched the correct part on Bob's page and based on past experience, recommended I buy from him.)
