  I bought it for my mum's birthday and she loves it. It has good information and images explaining things in excellent detail. It arrived well packaged and in new condition as advertised. Simplybestprices was the cheapest I found on the internet, so I went with them. The only negative was with the shipping, not the product. I ordered in Dec 2024 and it took many weeks before getting shipping details and then the delivery date kept changing and moving later. It eventuallly arrived early Feb.

  This arrived today in excellent, clean condition and was carefully packed & dispatched. A very useful resource to get started on researching the needs of aging parents. There are four parts to this book. It addresses "at-home" care, residential care, finances and sources. Glossary included. I think this is good value for money and a great way to start targeted research. Knowing the questions to ask is the first thing (for me ) & is helpful. Great seller! Good communication. Thankyou.

  The Seller was basically excellent throughout the transaction , i moved and they sent to my correct address, well packaged, very professional, only real complaint is on the description- please look at photo, all the pages look like this and are unreadable( wish I would have known) to be honest i wouldn't have purchased. I hope this is an error in printing and the seller will send me a readable version.
