    Seller was very communicative, but it was a hassle trying to return item. They told me that their earrings were bent because silver is soft, and instead of returning them, I should straighten them with my hands, no tools required. Ultimately, eBay approved my case against seller. The price was fine, but item was not as pictured. Seller said they make earrings AFTER they receive orders. This was a surprise to me. This mater could have been resolved quickly by accepting my request to return.

    I do not recommend this seller he promised me a certificate of authenticity and he lied! I took it to a jeweler he said it was fake and one of the stones metal is sticking out it’s sharp you could get cut! It didn’t look at all like the photo. Buyer Beware! Seller is dishonest!
