  The seller after purchasing this set was incredible. She agreed to ship it quickly as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Upon receiving the set, the teapot spout had been broken. Of course I was disappointed, however, after contacting the seller, she quickly apologized and refunded the full amount. Just because I did not get the end result I was anticipating, does not mean it was still not a positive experience. The seller was very kind very apologetic and overall great to work with.
