My name is Bradley Benson and I am the owner of Sila Senior Care. Sila (see-lah) is a Buddhist
term referring to the practice of ethical action. I named my company this because caregiving is
the perfect opportunity to cultivate growth and goodness within while providing warmth and
comfort to others. As a cancer survivor, I know the importance of compassionate care and as
someone who has spent years in low-wage jobs I know the importance of having enough money
to care for yourself. Our end goal is to offer everyone in our company at least 18-20 an hour
plus profit share because it is the right thing to do.
Care that can be felt in the heart is our mission - we believe this is How Care Should Be.
