  Laptop was sent as described. Dead on arrival? Laptop needed to be plugged in. Caps light? Non existent on this model. Brightness? I suggested driver updates. Customer wanted refund and to keep item. I offered full refund once item is sent back. Customer then made threats, eventually taking return offer. 14 years, 100% feedback before this. The returned laptop functions fully and will be re-listed. Unsure what happened this time but I will continue to send items as listed.
