  The (10)-pack of small patches I ordered was missing when my package arrived, mostly due to, IMO, the US Postal Service. ( (1) large patch I also ordered arrived OK in same mailer.) What arrived was a torn mailer within a clear plastic USPS bag that essentially said, “sorry, your package was damaged.” Therefore, I *mostly* blame USPS. But it’s important to also mention the seller shipped using such flimsy mailers it’s an accident waiting to happen. Bottom line, a NEUTRAL experience for me.
