  I’m very disappointed with this seller. I bought a side mirror cover for my Kia EV6 that was supposed to fit, but it didn’t. When I requested a return, the seller kept asking for the same information and photos, which I had already provided multiple times. Shipping the item back would cost me $60, which is more than the price of the product, yet the seller wouldn’t help by providing a prepaid return label. Their poor communication and repetitive requests have made this an incredibly frustrating

  We don't need you to provide the same picture that doesn't meet our requirements again and again. If your picture shows that it actually doesn't fit your car, we will refund directly and there's no need for you to return the package. Why should we provide a return label?
