    Unnecessarily Wasted A LOT of time! Item condition not as described as in not working and packaged poorly(who ships a graphics card in a thin bubble bag without putting it in a box?!) , seller literally waited for the maximum amount of allowed time to handle each part of the return/refund process! This whole transaction took almost a month! This is why shoppers are reluctant to use this platform to buy anything.
