    The Thinkpad was in pristine condition, whatever these guys are doing for refurbing is working. I had an issue with the trackpad, they sent me a label same-day and turn around was less than 5 days and I was given a new trackpad and the customer service rep I spoke with was on the money with communications and service. Great guy! If you guys want a Thinkpad that's in great shape, these are your guys. PSL have a customer for the foreseeable future!

    I did have an extremely reluctance on USPS TO DELiVER THE PACKAGE THEY SHIPPED THE ITEM TO AND FRON MA then held onto it for four days also they held onto the item in PA and Hollywood for unnecessary 3 days at a time all the time texting it was on time to the next station, I received it finally. The computer works great. The only issue is when I had to leave after I closed the screen the power cord wasn’t completely inserted it worked itscway out and on boot up a system file was corrupted.

There are good deals on here so I can definitely recommend buying a laptop from here. I bought a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2007 and it works fine for what I like to do, overall good experience had issues in beginning with a bad charger but charger was replaced and seller was honest, thank you will shop again in the near future…..
