  Absolutely horrible trans action. Box came opened. Parts were missing the parts that were there were there were all damaged. Contacted seller and they kept asking me the same questions over and over absolutely not trying to help me whatsoever. They even wanted me to go by the parts myself somewhere else and they would reimburse me part of the money. Horrible way to do business. It’s missing a switch. It’s listing two of the plastic tubes and all the mounting brackets were bent. box is dented

  I ordered this item When it arrived it was too large for my space I was not able to use it I asked to return and refund.Was offered a small reduction in pricing. I just did not have a use for it.really wanted to return..I declined the reduced price offer. Waited several days for a return label. Got a message had been refunded but still no return label. Contacted them again Told me to keep the item. I responded I did not feel right doing.How nice of them to refund. I since have donated the item
