  Not only was this item shipped out past the three days that was given AFTER I contacted about it, but I also received this in a bag. Not a box with some padding for GLASS items. A BAG. All of the cups were broken. I contacted the seller for a refund and he said that he sent it, but will not show proof and has since stopped responding. Do not purchase from this person, their customer service sucks and clearly cut corners when shipping. I’m now out the item AND money. Ridiculous.
