    Was sent a different figure than what was pictured, with a different figure size, accessories, and packaging. Attempted to return the item and seller claimed I didn’t return an unrelated purchase. Seller also claimed that the return was badly damaged, but it was never used and was returned in its original condition. Seller also reiterated that the received figure was the correct brand, but they have not updated the listing’s picture or description to reflect this.

    Yes, the item was received extremely damaged, because it was not the item you wanted you decided to make it unsellable just because the packing didn't match the old packaging. You weren't charged anything for the item and yes you claimed the wrong description just to save yourself the shipping.

    Seller informed me that item was only available in one color AFTER I had paid for it. I received item and immediately returned it unopened. I requested a refund and seller then told me that there would be be a “restocking fee” on the refund -which is against eBay policy- I had to get eBay involved.  The process seemed very petty, greedy, and disappointing.

    You bought the pink clock but demanded a black one when it was never an option on the drop menu of the sale. We shipped the correct item, we are allowed to charge a stocking fee when we aren't at fault and you select the wrong reason for return. Also, we waived the fee, so you were never charged. Terrible buyer
