    This item was ordered mid November and was supposed to be delivered by DEC 15. It has still not arrived! The Supplier said I should check the local post office of which there are several. The post office parcel tracker does not recognise the tracking number provided. My expectation was that it would be delivered to the address provided by the date specified. None of my expectations have been met. Very very disappointed at this poor service!
