My main issue lies with the receiving of the purse. The box smelled funny when I was untaping it: it smelled metallic. When I got the box opened it smelled like a musty vacuum bag. Amongst the bag and bubble wrap was a dead stink bug. It MAY have been alive upon sending as there is what looks like droppings on the bubble wrap. It was very smelly and unpleasant.
