    I don’t recommend buying. Doesn’t cook like similar ingredients. I doubt if this was the actual plantain powder. Rough texture when served. Forms some patterns on top before even cooking. Sent a text to the vendor based on their phone number provided on the packaging and got no response. Ghanaian folks, this isn’t a good one. Stay away.

    Very good price on an increasingly difficult item to find. Excellent communication. (The item was marked with an expiration date: 1/12/23. I received the item on 2/10/23. It looked as if I'd received an out of date item. But after i contacted the seller he explained that the date was stamped in Nigeria, and there the day comes before the month -- the opposite of how it's listed in the States.) Great Ebayer! Highly recommended. A+++
