    Was charged $30 for shipping. Box came damaged and shipping was $18.40. Also came 2 days late.

    They are mower BLADES. Very heavy! Once we hand the box to the shipper, we cannot control how they handle it. Why would you give someone negative feedback when your product came with only a damaged box? We would have refunded the difference in shipping had you messaged and communicated rather than leaving neg feedback. Shipping costs are approximated and also include handling/packing. Had we hand delivered these, being 2 days "late" would be on us. We mailed within 24 hrs of receiving order.
