  The photo is clear and was well packaged and undamaged when received. Item was ordered on January 22nd, and tracking shows it was picked up by the post office a day or two later. It arrived on February 14th. Really cannot blame the seller, but if I need another photo, I will order in plenty of time. I would use this seller again.

  Pics don't do this item justice. Awesome photo. Shipping was slow, but that was USPS, not the seller. Only wish I had bought a larger size. Packaging was good. No bends or creases from USPS.

   Photo that I ordered was delivered damaged. Seller agreed to replace it. It’s now been three weeks and I have not received an updated shipment. The seller has not responded to any of my messages with any updates. Poor communication and customer service.

  We did reship the photo and we answer every email, it just takes 24 hours. If they check the order history they will see the tracking on the 2nd photo and its updates. Sellers block his knuckelhead.
