  Packing totally inadequate for an international shipment from India that traversed Asia, Europe. Atlantic and US handling. It was shipped in a retail sales box wrapped in paper/plastic sheet and in a plastic shipping bag. The entire key cover was crushed and shattered into the key and destroyed at least two fragile internal parts, both springs, rendering the key totally inoperable and not repairable. One cover part is now embedded below the entire key mechanism. Was able to resolve with refund.
