  This item is a good item. After I check with the installer he let me know that it would not work on my computer. I had to return it and the the seller was very very cooperative and let me return it. One more good eBay seller. The product was exactly the way the seller described it.   THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN A NEGATIVE ON US. WE SENT IT OUT TO HIM AND IT DIDNT WORK ON HIS COMPUTER AND WE TOOK IT BACK WITH NO PROBLEMS. HE WAS A GOOD EBAYER BUT SOMEHOW IT WOUND UP IN THE NEGATIVE ON US.
