  Sadly the item arrived broken despite the very good packaging and labeling on the box. The seller was very quick to respond to me and to make things right. I loved this figurine as I had 2 vintage plates (1 with a boy dressed similarly who was building a snowman + the other, a girl dressed similarly, building a snowman), that I display in winter. This would have been a perfect complimentary piece as even the snowmen looked similar. Seller with integrity. Thank you.

  We dodged a bullet on this one. The box was not in good shape when it arrived. The box itself was not a good shipping box. When it arrived there was a large hole on one side large enough that I put my hand in it and pulled out the vase. Thank God you had it wrapped well or it would have been toast!
