    The item is just as described and in impeccable condition. I felt the shipping price was a bit high at first but when the item...wow! Bubble wrap between each plate. All plates were wrapped very well in bubble wrap. It was all packed in a box and that was inside a box. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    This is a very old and fragile item that sustained some damage during transit, but nothing that can't be fixed. The package was extremely carefully wrapped, so the seller did all she could to safeguard the doll. The seller went above and beyond to rectify the accident (which was not her fault) and offered a full refund without hesitation. I am grateful for people like this who put their customers' satisfaction ahead of the costs they may incur personally. 5 Stars to this person!
