  Amazing Experience! Found the obscure part that I needed, for a price that was cheaper than I had thought. The purchase went smoothly and it was shipped very quickly. I got the part and had no idea how to install it so I reached back out to Andrew and asked if he had instructions. He said he didn't but went out of his way to find a video for me that explained it perfectly and made the experience One that makes me refer him to everyone I know.

  Got the order in a timely manner. However, the product sent was not what was advertised in the photo or description and when I asked about it, got a reply saying....guess we need to update our photo. ?? Disappointing seller response and action. I probably won't buy from them again.

  Thanks Tristen for the feedback. I don't think you saw all the messages about this matter when you advised us. We are happy to update the listing and of course grant a return request because this item was different from the listing. Honest mistake. To clarify the U428+ that was listed is the older formula. The product we sent U428+HV is the newer formula and is a better product. The listing was indeed not current. Let us know how you would like to proceed and we will be glad to help. -Andrew
