    Ordered TWO sets of these, but only got ONE. Spent weeks getting DAILY emails from them asking for info they alteady had, and lots of excuses. After item was long past due, I REPEATEDLY requested a refund and they just ignored me and sent messages asking for "more time" and saying they were "working on it". I finally demanded my money back and for them to quit with the daily excuses, and they STILL kept writing to me daily! I finally opened a case against them and got my money back.
