    1st one didn't arrive due to postal loosing my package, ordered dec 21-24 waited until mid Jan-25 then went through eBay for lost package, seller immediately responded, an sent a 2nd immediately, item arrived on time, extremely well packaged (we had snow and lots of cold air and moisture) item was dry, little stiff due to being cold but will warm up and become malleable.
