  quick shipping. was pleased. The item itself for the price was not that great, quite thin and strongly scented with...? incense, I think. So far, the smell remains strong I wrote a note to the Seller requesting that perhaps I be given a small credit. I did not want to return it as the person it was for really liked the colors. I have bought others from other sellers, far better quality for comparable price. I will just use then again and not this seller. Not even a reply.

  Hello Rebecca, I don't think I deserve such a comment. My store policy is to always accept returns. However, you stated that your friend liked it very much, since the product is natural lamb, room perfume was sprayed in the bag to prevent any odor. The odor will disappear within 2 days.   Rug arrived well packaged promptly, but unfortunately looking and smelling dirty and dingy. The listing photos showed it looking brighter, cleaner and more colorful. I contacted the seller who recommended airing it out for several days in a ventilated space. It helped address the smell to some degree but the darker than expected stains and overall grime remained. So I asked for instructions on how to return the rug and am still waiting several weeks later for response. Save your money :(
