  This seller is dishonest. The item was not delivered as described, although I asked specifically about the functioning of the cassette decks. He assured me that he tested out both decks prior to shipping. Neither deck works, the mechanism doesn't turn, and the magnetic heads are covered in paint. It is fully dead.
