  Madame Alexander doll had stains on dress that seller didn't identify in photos or description. I made contact with seller. Seller claim to have sent a $13 partial refund. There was no refund. Seller broke off all contact three days ago. I have now contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. The doll has a long flowing christening dress and where it was stained the seller folded that area so it wasn't noticeable. Doll squeaker isn't working properly. Shipping was slow.

  This was a Vintage item (used) and there was absolutely no stain on it when I shipped it to the buyer. I have video proof. No complaint was lodged with eBay, therefore no case opened where I could prove that the item had no stain. I offered to let the buyer send the item back which he chose not to do.
