I received a small bubble wrap envelope in the mail with a tear or cut along the bottom edge and nothing in the envelope but a torn piece of bubble wrap. The sealed edge of the envelope had not been opened but my item was missing. I contacted the seller. Excellent communication. The seller generously refunded my money and plans to take the matter up with USPS. VERY HELPFUL SELLER.
