  Advertised item as a part for a manual car but clearly had the part number for an automatic on it which is a much cheaper part due to availability 40$ cheaper for a new one when contacted to get a resolution on wether it was a mistake or ignorance they never responded had to escalate to eBay to get the refund process started

  The radio was shipped to me as expected without any issues. This particular radio needed a security code from the original vehicle it came from. The seller quickly responded with the original vehicle VIN so I could get the code from a dealer at no charge. I consider that good service thank you. Radio works great.
