  Goodmorning, I am terribly sorry for the lost package. We have yet to have an occurrence of this nature until your order as our shipping method is very reliable and quick to deliver. Unfortunately, we had provided everything provided by Ebay to USPS for shipping and says shipment was completed December 5th and was shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Unfortunately, there is not anything we can do at this point as on our end, shipment was completed and documented.
