    This was legit the only one like this in the country that I found. It was an item my girlfriend had from her childhood that she never would’ve been able to replace. Items better than expected exactly like everything was described was packed nice and it got here and shipped super quick. Priced fairly considering you can’t put a price on something that I would’ve never been able to get elsewhere

    Shipping was quick and great. Advertised as new, and though arrived with all components and in very good condition, it had obviously been previously opened (not just for ebay pics) b/c items looked rewrapped/packaged and was missing the warranty card (included for a new product). Disappointed it's not new but still a good price. I would buy from this seller again, just have some communication before purchase.

    Thanks for the purchase. This item is new. I removed the warranty card because I am not an authorized seller for Kodak which makes the warranty null.

    We received the e-reader in a timely manner. It was as described on the website. Unfortunately we could not get it to turn on, so we contacted the seller and he immediately gave us a refund. He was very quick to respond to our email which was much appreciated and we had the refund right away. Also he did not require that we send the e-reader back which made the whole transaction much easier.
