When the package wasn't dispatched, I tried contacting them multiple times, but got no response. As there was no response I got eBay to inquire about this and after 15 days, they canceled. I’m They list unavailable models, ignoring messages, causing missed opportunities. Their website also listed the model, but I'm glad I ordered through eBay; otherwise, I might not have received a refund.

Was provided shipping the same day and it took only 5 days to get and seller shipped the laptop so secure with a lot of bubble wrap and wrote fragile everywhere. I'd respectfully suggest packing material be placed above, below and around the shipped item, not just on the top, there wasn't any packing material in the bottom of the box.
